Ingredients
2 cups almond flour · 1 tsp ground ginger · 1 tsp cinnamon · ¼ tsp cloves · 3 tbsp coconut oil or butter · 3 tbsp maple syrup · 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Preheat oven to 170°C. Mix dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients separately, then fold into the dry mix until a dough forms. Roll out to 5mm thickness, cut into shapes, and bake for 10–12 minutes until just golden. Cool fully before decorating or storing.
